Our mission

Rovaryn Digital Inc. builds flat-rate SaaS tools for SMB operators who need enterprise-grade functionality at a price point that makes sense for their stage. Skills Inventory Manager is the product we wished existed when we looked at what SMB HR teams were using to track workforce skills: a copy of Excel, maintained by one person, outdated within weeks, with no alerts and no structure.

The product story

Skills data at 50–500 employee organizations almost always lives in Excel — and it rots. Enterprise skills platforms start north of $25,000/year, while the free alternative is a spreadsheet that no one trusts. We built Skills Inventory Manager to close both gaps at once: flat-rate pricing solves the cost problem, and a pre-loaded O*NET taxonomy solves the cold-start problem, so the matrix is useful the day you open it.
