Data we collect
Email, name, and company (from lead forms); employee names, titles, departments, skills, proficiency scores, and certifications (from the SaaS app — customer-controlled data); usage analytics (Plausible — cookieless); error logs (Sentry); and billing information (Stripe — not stored by Rovaryn).
Third parties
Supabase (database and auth hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Plausible (cookieless analytics), and Sentry (error tracking).
Cookies
Session cookies (Supabase Auth) only; no advertising or tracking cookies. Plausible is cookieless. GA4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only if Google Analytics is enabled — see our Cookie Policy.
PIPEDA (Canada)
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by emailing eddy@skillsinventory.com. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
CCPA (California)
California residents have the right to know what data is collected and to request deletion. Contact eddy@skillsinventory.com.
Data retention
Data is retained for the duration of an active subscription plus 90 days post-cancellation. A final export is available within 7 days of cancellation.
