Pricing FAQ

Is pricing really flat-rate regardless of employee count?
Yes. A 200-person company on Professional pays the same $349/month as a 50-person company. The only limits are the employee cap on each tier — not headcount-based pricing. You can add employee blocks in 50-person increments for $25/month each.
What happens when I hit my employee limit?
You'll see a warning banner at 80% capacity. At 100%, creating new employee records is blocked (your existing data and access remain intact). You can self-service purchase 50-employee blocks at $25/month each, or upgrade to the next tier.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle end.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free on any tier, no credit card required. Full access to all features on the selected tier.
What's included in the O*NET taxonomy?
270+ pre-loaded skills across three domains: Basic Skills (reading comprehension, writing, mathematics), Cross-Functional Skills (problem-solving, coordination, service orientation), and Knowledge (business, science, health, engineering domains). Skills are drawn from the U.S. Department of Labor's public domain O*NET database.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. A full CSV export is available at any time from your account settings, and a final export is made available within 7 days of cancellation.
How does the professional certification tracking work?
At Professional tier and above, you can add certifications (OSHA, trades licenses, professional credentials) to employee profiles with expiry dates. The system sends automated email alerts at 90, 30, and 7 days before any expiry. No calendar integration required.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual plans cost the equivalent of 10 months (2 months free). Essentials: $1,990/yr; Professional: $3,490/yr; Business: $5,990/yr; Enterprise: $11,990/yr.
