Service description
SkillsInventory.com provides (a) a marketing website and content hub, (b) an ROI calculator, (c) digital product templates for one-time purchase, and (d) a SaaS skills tracking application accessible at app.skillsinventory.com.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions include a 14-day free trial, after which automatic billing begins. Plan upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated); downgrades take effect at the billing cycle end. Cancellation ends access at the cycle end, with 90-day data retention afterward.
Digital product purchases
One-time purchases of downloadable templates are non-refundable unless the file is demonstrably defective. Refund requests may be sent to eddy@skillsinventory.com within 7 days of purchase.
Acceptable use
No scraping, automated access, or resale of skills taxonomy data; no use for competitive intelligence against Rovaryn Digital; no sharing of account credentials.
Data
All customer-uploaded employee data remains the customer's property. Rovaryn Digital processes it only to deliver the service.
Intellectual property
The O*NET taxonomy is U.S. government public domain. Product features and branding are Rovaryn Digital intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
Maximum liability is capped at 12 months of subscription fees paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
