Coverage Improvement Tracker (Period-over-Period)

The Coverage Improvement Tracker turns a stack of skills-matrix snapshots into a trend. Log coverage %, open-gap count and single-point-of-failure count for each assessment period, and the workbook computes the period-over-period change and flags whether each metric is improving or worsening — with a Cross-Training Progress tab that measures achieved coverage depth against your own targets each cycle. A period you haven't logged yet stays visibly blank; it never collapses into 0% coverage. Every number is yours: the tool asserts no benchmark for what 'good' coverage looks like, no typical gap size and no expected rate of improvement — it only compares the snapshots you enter.
