Skills Inventory Program Kit (12-Tool Bundle)

The Skills Inventory capture-through-report program in one kit: twelve components that carry an HR team from capturing ratings, through building role requirements, diagnosing coverage risk and tracking certifications, to reporting the picture to leadership. Each tool is a standalone Excel workbook, form or policy document — the Capture Set gathers and calibrates consistent proficiency ratings, the Foundation Set defines the role requirements every downstream analysis reads from, the Risk & Coverage Set finds and plans around single points of failure, the Currency & Cost Set tracks certifications and training budget, and the Report & Govern Set produces the leadership dashboard and program policy text. The QuickStart guide sets out the order to run them in, so the pieces run as one program rather than twelve loose files. The kit leaves out the three standalone tools (SI-01 to SI-03) and the four industry skills-matrix libraries (SI-14 to SI-17), which are sold separately. Every Excel workbook opens pre-filled with the fictional Meridian Support Services LLC (SAMPLE) so you can see the mechanics; once you clear it, every number is one your own roster and your own assessments produce — the kit asserts no benchmark, no industry-average proficiency and no typical gap size, because none exists to assert.
